Fantastic staff and a quite stay in the centre of York. The state and below is owned by the same people and is the best tapas I've had.

All packed and ready to go and they cancelled my booking. Am absolutely fuming it bank holiday weekend had booked for a month and now I gotta try find somewhere else. Phoned them 3 times and they never answer their phone.

Very clean and tidy room, cleaner came in on the Saturday woth fresh bedding and towels en suit big shower and tv in room . Yeah and coffee provided and great location. Would defo 're book

Staying here at moment two day break room clean and cosy got all you need heating 24/7 big bonus tea and coffee great location shops pubs restaurants lots to see waiking distance so Yea good place to stay and visit

Had a great stay here, everything you want in one, close to everything in the city centre. No hassle checking in after receiving detailed text, could then just get on with my stay. Would definitely return.

Need A refund only said there 5 hours and they are ignoring me.
