The Brentwood Guest House york

Staying at Brentwood and cannot fault it. Really clean nice and warm and Natalie is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend it

Located almost 1 mile away from the train station. Peaceful place with good bedroom and perfect wifi. The bed it's very soft but comfortable. Not good experience with the staff cause they tell me to pick one key ( nobody in the reception, only by phone ) and then extra charge to use the wrong room even in the phone told me to use that. The shower could be better. 4 phones numbers and only 1 answer the calls.

Comfortable bed. Everything worked shower loo etc. Would suggest smaller bedside cabinets so each side of the bed could have one and something in the shower to put shampoo etc on. Otherwise fine

Lovely guesthouse spotlessly clean and only wee walk to shambles will definitely visit again
