From the minute we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were provided with all the information we needed, talked through the valet parking arrangements and escorted to our room. The waiting staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing an efficient and calm service during breakfast. Our room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had Boxing Day lunch. It was our second year here,But it was not as good as last year the meal was very salty. Even the vegetarian dish tasted very salty. No green veg it would have been nice to have some Brussel sprouts. The dark turkey meat did not have nice taste at all. But on the plus side the staff are excellent. We will try some where else next year
