Best Western Premier Collection Dean Court Hotel york

From the minute we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were provided with all the information we needed, talked through the valet parking arrangements and escorted to our room. The waiting staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing an efficient and calm service during breakfast. Our room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I would recommend this place. I had the good fortune to have been given a voucher for tea here. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

We had Boxing Day lunch.It was our second year here,But it was not as good as last year the meal was very salty. Even the vegetarian dish tasted very salty. No green veg it would have been nice to have some Brussel sprouts. The dark turkey meat did not have nice taste at all. But on the plus side the staff are excellent. We will try some where else next year

The Dean Court is a wonderful hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was spacious and spotless. We had afternoon tea one day and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was well cooked and the breakfast staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend this hotel to anybody

What a beautifully situated hotel. The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a group of 6 people for 2 nights. It was an eventful, fun weekend and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

We spent four nights at the Dean Court Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed by the porter, Frank, who looked after our luggage, helped us through check-in and parked our car. Frank was cheerful, knowledgeable and polite – thank you, Frank. Our stay at the Dean Court started off extremely well when we took afternoon tea in the lounge. There was a good selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes and the portions were generous. We had a queen room facing the Minster and the views were great. The room was large, airy and spotlessly clean, with a large on-suite bathroom. The plumbing was, however, a little antiquated and perhaps the new owners should consider updating this. Drinks in the hotel bar were reasonably priced and the service was excellent. There was plenty of choice of both hot and cold options for breakfast, and everything was freshly cooked to order. The eggs Benedict was delicious. As with other Best Western Hotels at which we have stayed, the staff were excellent. We will definitely stay at the Dean Court Hotel again.
