The public areas were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, albeit dark with a strong smell of cleaning products. Someone had kicked the bathroom door down at some point and the holes had been repaired but it didn't add much to the overall feel of the room! However, it was the cheapest hotel for our dates and it's well located, with most attractions just nearby. The only negative is that the car park is quite a walk away and you only get 30% discount from being a hotel guest.

It's not good. Staff are welcoming but your there for the room. Its simple accommodation . That's all. The issue we had was the noise from the pub underneath the hotel and also hearing every word of people in ajoining rooms. I would not stay there again.
