I haven't stayed yet but booked a 3 night stay in November. I have had an absolute nightmare I trying to contact this Hotel. Passed from one department to another, reception don't take bookings, reservations don't take bookings, group bookings take days to get through to. I left messages and sent emails. Nothing. Eventually got through, now trying to discuss my stay as its my partners special birthday. They don't have the decency to respond to any attempts to contact them.. They respond to nothing. Very bad customer service. Hope my stay is better....

Can't fault the staff or hotel. After a terrible booking at Westfield Court, we booked in here the same day for two days and they could not have been nicer, pleasant or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing. They printed our tickets for us for the bus tour. We'd certainly stay here again

The evening staff clearly did not want to be there and the breakfast was quite possibly one of the worst I have had. The sausages and bacon were rubbery and flavourless. However the reception staff we're great and helpful.

My Room was decent. Clean enough, good supply of coffee tells etc. My problem with this hotel is their lack of attention to detail. Dishes left in the hallway for more than 24 hours, trash around the smoking area outside common front desk staff that doesn't even acknowlege you when you come in-and-out. They just don't really seem to care about the little things.

I had a few hiccups during my stay but give this a 4 star review because management were attentive and handled all issues appropriately. It's not very centrally located but kinda nice away from the bustle which is 20 minutes away by bus. There's a gym and swimming pool, a good restaurant, well stocked bar and very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are substantial and well decorated. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. It has disabled access and is family friendly.

Gym and pool were the big sellers for me and both were very good. Rooms nice and fresh if a little pricey for a 3 star hotel. Clean, modernish but sterile atmosphere and environment as so many suburban hotels are. Staff lacked the warmth and friendliness you hope for north of the border. Highly unlikely be staying again unless it was free or someone else paying.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel near beautiful Edinburgh. Helen the Manager was extremely accommodating and all the staff were lovely. Plentiful buffet breakfast but not hot enough for me personally. Only letdown was that the rooms are too corporate, nowhere for a kady to out her ma

Poor quality, poor cleaning, too expensive for what they offer , totally different than the other Leonard's in city center. The breakfast at busy time was really bad in really cold breakfast room. Two people tried hard to run the whole place and both of them where very helpful. Extra applause and bravo to Maggie who is so kind, helpful and great in her job.
