Very cool hotel! All the rooms are named after city's. And guess what.. the rooms are decorated to match that city... I spent 3 nights in the Tokyo Suit and i felt like it was transported to Japan... love the hotel i will be back if i can!

First time visit and I was well impressed. Had the afternoon tea, which was worth the money but we did have a deal. Lovely surroundings and I'll definitely be back.

Had a work Christmas dinner. The food was lovely, the meal service was good and the staff professional and friendly on what was a busy night. Unfortunately the drinks took so long to come, and the cocktails (we all tried a few), when they eventually arrived were all on the sour/bitter side and not that pleasant to drink.

I've not been in Le Monde since their refurb and I have to say, it is looking AWESOME! Totally up my street, they have done a great job and it's looking very sharp. However, I'm afraid that's where the good news ends. The lady who greeted us was rather surly, the lovely lady who served us we never saw again, we asked for water 3 times before we got it (around an hour after the first time we asked), the afternoon tea we had was lacking in flavour, none of the cakes were very good (the scones were nice!) and we weren't offered a top up of tea until we asked for the bill. I hate leaving bad reviews, but hopefully this will help Le Monde pick things up as it could have been such a lovely afternoon.

Went for a quick drink. Not made to feel welcome, more an inconvenience. Thought it would be a nice atmosphere but it was brightly lit and cold (I appreciate probably ventilation due to covid but why put us right next to door when place was almost empty)....took ages to get served. Decided to get bill at same time as first drink and went elsewhere. Most (not all) staff seemed more concerned about how they looked than providing a warm and welcoming experience. A pity really.

Had a wonderful visit. Staff are so friendly and efficient. Covid rules strictly enforced. I felt very safe, was kept well away from anyone else in the restaurant for breakfast.

Lovely hotel, the experience for the double ended bath alone was amazing. However the room had ripped will paper and the breakfast tables were sticky. The breakfast tasted amazing though. We stayed in the Rio room.
