Nice place. I was actually placed here by Thomas Cook due to a cancelled flight. But I was pleasantly surprised both by the rooms and the food, but especially by the food. The restaurant was pretty good with a nice selection of food. And the staff was lovely

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, Jen was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was superb, all the meals were freshly cooked to order the breakfast buffet had a great choice for all palates. Any food requests are dealt with swiftly whether you be vegan/vegetarian or have an intolerance. Great location if like us your doing some sightseeing or a stones throw if your going to the airport. Nice quiet location and the noise of planes taking off and landing is bare minimal in the rooms because of the thick glazed windows. Air conditioned rooms were fantastic, nice and clean with everything to help have a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay. The only issue I have is it is advertised as "Airport" its 3 miles down the road and costs £13 each way in a taxi or £9 each return on a bus! (it's cheaper to get to the city centre!) although not Premier inns fault more needs to be done and communicated on how to best get here from the airport.

Good location for the airport. Good food but sadly a limited choice, as apparently the menu was changing in 3 days. Disappointing. However the wait staff was excellent, professional and keen to help. The young man on reception not quite as keen. Disappointing to have to pay for the parking. Only £5 for guests, but I don't like to pay for a hotel's parking; should be included. Room nice and clean and well kept. Only real downer was that the WiFi was not working and the reception seemed not to care! Very disappointing.

Only went in for breakfast on the way to the airport but it was excellent. Hot fresh food with friendly staff at an affordable price. Twice the food at half the cost of eating at the airport!

Now got to pay for overnight parking. Would suggest using one of the other Premier at Livingston or Bathgate. They are all the same inside so makes no difference to the excellent room standard
