Booked for 2nights, 24 hour carpark just behind hotel. Checked in with no problem. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room modern, plenty coat hangers. No bath but decent shower. Only thing not keen on, was on arrival charged £30 on our debit card just in case we buy anything. Apart from that no issues and only 5min walk to shops, attractions etc

We booked a family room with a sofa bed. Room was too small. Could not fit a sofa bed and cot. There was no bath but shower. Family rooms usually have a bath mashed it easier to bath young children Bathroom was filthy disgusting with stained floor tiles. The hand basin had a big crack and was dirty also Staff were really friendly. The breakfast host made origami swans for my little fussy crew each morning. This was nice. Overall experience, i have stayed at better Premier inns for half the price and had better experience. For me, not worth the money.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms and every time we've popped out, the cleaners have done a fantastic job keeping our room clean and topped up. Breakfast was great and is in a fantastic location. Only a five minute walk to the city centre. Definitely will be returning.

Nothing worse than a dirty hotel that charges you a 5 star rate for being 4 star in the books, but actually a 2 star in being clean!! I use a UV light. Apart from the beds everything was dirty. The photos I am posting shows the dirt so clear you do not need a UV light. Just check the photos and make up your own minds on paying £120 per night.

Given the price is more than a boutique hotel in Venice (Autumn half term holiday), I'd expect food to be available in the evening, however, not even barfood is available on this particular Sunday night. The room is small and tired, leaving me with the distinct feeling of having been ripped off by inflated school half term prices. Positive is staff are polite and friendly.

This is definitely no more than a 3 star hotel. Service good but room very small - not suitable for 3. Bathroom also tiny. Walls paper thin - woken both nights by the room next door. Location however was excellent.

2/ 5

Cannot fault the reception staff for their friendly service, however for the price we paid, the room (and rest of the hotel) needs some serious tlc. Our room was an okay size, but there was dust in areas, strange marks on the walls, damp on the hallway ceiling. The radiator by my side of the bed was coming off the wall. The bathroom has very little ventilation so got extremely hot very fast and the water from the shower gets everywhere and is incredibly slow to drain and so the entire bathroom had stayed wet for a long time - there was also someone else's hair on the shower wall so that was unpleasant. No plugs on either side of the bed, only by the desk which is very strange and made it awkward to charge any electronic device. Overall we were disappointed with our stay, as we've certainly stayed in better places for a fraction of the price.

The rooms are certainly nothing to write home about, but it is made up for by the fantastic friendly staff and the full English breakfast buffet! Had the second two not been good I may have given less stars because my room was quite dusty and the shower drained slowly.
