Brilliant value for money. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Leeds celebrating a friends 30th birthday. Great location, private parking, clean rooms, comfy beds and a great shower- couldn’t ask for more. However the icing on the cake was the friendliness of the staff. Mark was absolutely brilliant in giving us local knowledge and just making us feel welcome in general. Also having a very nice Indian restaurant underneath the hotel was ideal for us, and enjoyed a great meal there. Most definitely my go to for anytime I am visiting Leeds moving forward! Thanks again gents.

There was nothing whatsoever positive I could say about this property. Bed & Breakfast was bed only for which I was charged £70 for one night. Having paid £43 per night bed and breakfast in a wonderful 200 year old property which included a sumptuous breakfast this was a rip-off. I also had serious concerns about the room and the safety which I have referred the matter to the Yorkshire Fire Brigade. To be separated from the fire exit by a narrow corridor and to have bars on the window of the room does not give one a feeling of safety. If you are that concerned then the window should be replaced from a single glazed window to a window that can act as a fire exit with laminated glass.

Rooms do not justify the full rate, check for deals with hotel online services. Good location if you are going to see the cricket. Plenty of pubs & eateries in the area. Excellent Indian next door.

Absolute joke of a hotel. Rude staff. Smelly dungeon like rooms. Poor breakfast and facilities. Smells of damp throughout. Carpets need a good clean or throwing out. Dark, dingy, unprofessional staff...AVOID!!!!!

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. First day the room-service forgot to close our door. Second day room-service did not even show up. In the information at the room, provided by the hotel, it states, that the hotel serves cooked breakfast for 8 pounds per person. Only cooked thing there was a toast. They only provided some cereal, store bought croissants /pain au chocolat and a bit of jam. Total rip-off! Room was dirty, wifi does not work (does’nt even work in the lobby or breakfast room). 70 pounds per night is totally overpriced. Only good things: Next to a bus station.
