Potentially a nice hotel, but overall I was disappointed. No problems with check in and convenient parking. The room however was oddly laid out with a massive pillar in the middle of the room. There were a few bits that looked tatty and the chrome casting feature on the TV didn't work. The fridge was full of the previous occupants leftovers. A shame as this was a surprise getaway for my partner as its been a difficult year. If we are ever in Leeds again I would look for somewhere else.

The staff and the lobby/bar/restaurant are all really nice which is why I won't give one star. But I had a standard room and it was disgustingly unclean... stains all over the carpets, table, chairs and curtains. I would much rather have had a very basic room that was just clean. Everything was very old fashioned and no body wash left in the shower. The room corridors also have the creepy vibe of a horror movie. Overall really disappointing for the money paid, not what I would have expected from Radisson Blu and have had better stays at Premier Inn.

Brilliant stay! From start to finish we were looked after. Lovely touches in the rooms with a very warm welcoming note. The team were friendly and very understanding of our 2 little boys - whom are full on! The decor design in the lobby is amazing, and the place oozes class - but not pompous. Thanks for a great stay and lovely sleep Rad Blu. Appreciate it.

Lovely hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. A couple of areas for improvement: the bottles of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the wrong holder on the wall, so that you can’t actually push the plungers down to get anything out of them. Also the staff member who greeted us at breakfast completely blanked me and directed everything at my husband. It’s 2021, please treat your guests as equals, not dealing with the man while the little wife is ignored.

4/ 5

The hotel looks to have been recently renovated and has a trendy feel to it, both in the bar and rooms, but also the hallway areas with interesting art on the walls. The room was well equipped but ended up with 2 single beds pushed together but not connected, to apparently make a double bed. If you need a double then check ahead with your reservation as they apparently had no doubles left… other than that the room was well equipped and had a separate desk area, which was cool. Also had safe, fridge and decent air cooling. Service from most staff was really good and many of them genuinely asked how my day was, which was nice. There’s no gym on site but you can access one nearby for an extra charge. I found the dinner menu really limited, and whilst we’re just after freedom day, I have stayed in other hotels recently that have introduced more fuller menus. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Fantastic upscale hotel in the centre of Leeds. We used this hotel as a hub for our city break (brunch, escape rooms, mini golf, and more!) and we were very pleased. We went for a standard room, but it would be a premium offering at any other hotel. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. We'll definitely use this as a hub again in the future!
