Village Hotel Leeds North leeds

Visited this hotel for an awards night with my work. The function room was very spacious and the bar had three staff serving so was fast service. Toilets were roomy and clean and the car park was huge

Used one of the meeting rooms in the workspace for a workshop, really nice room with great facilities. All tech applications in the room you might need as well as stationary and good choice of nibbles and drinks constantly available (Like an airport business lounge). We ordered some lunch and it was brought in for us at the required time and was of a high standard. Would definitely use the facility again for business.

Very comfortable. Parking machine is temperamental better to see reception staff who are very pleasant and will ensure Parking is taken care of. Very good food fort this his type of hotel.

Had our wedding night there and most of our family and guests stayed too. Everyone made our day/evening so special and welcoming. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel with a stellar reputation, however at an event tonight. Menu was not the same as last year with choices. I had all fish, which was lovely but the cheesecake was very average. And where were the teas and coffees at the end? Staff were very young though but overall did a good job. Service is never an easy job.

Since arriving at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the service received by staff members, everybody was really accommodating and made you feel like a valued customer. Facilities on site (leisure centre, Starbucks & the bar) add to the appeal as there is always something to do and these facilities also provide exceptional service. The room itself pristine apron arrival. Jodie from the front desk was stand out as she was very bubbly, and really took customer service to the next level. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a works Christmas party which was great. Unfortunately I arrived at my double room to find it had been turned into a family room by having 2 single mattresses on the floor, one directly behind the door as I walked in. These were moved quickly after I asked for them to be taken out of the room. It got worse as there was a large crack across the bathroom ceiling which then started pouring with water. I rang the hotel but was told I had to report it to reception which is what I thought I was doing when I rang reception! Quickly packed my bags with some items now wet through. Reception quickly gave me another room which had a broken flush & stained carpets. I reported this is person to be told it would be sorted while I was at the party but it wasn’t. Beds were comfy & big duvets which was great as freezing outside but the rooms are tired & need some tlc.

I enjoyed My visit here. Nice clean Place,lot's of Parking on site,nice secure Place .lots of camera's about ,Pleasant hot and cold food,Good Service, excellent Sports Bar,have Spa,Pool, and fitness centre, hot tub.Single and double bedrooms, nice tidy rooms, prices depends what you're looking for .So guys give a test and decide what you think of this Hotel .over to you folks.

Appalling! Never in my life have I experienced such shockingly terrible customer service. Village hotel have absolutely no regard for customer service. Do not book this hotel. I had booked this hotel for October and unfortunately due to illness I knew 10 days in advance I would not be able to attend. The hotel then informed me that due to these circumstances I could change dates to before May 2022. I informed booking.com of my new preferred dates immediately and before I was originally due to stay. I was then charged as a no show. The hotel has been impossible to contact, asking me to email and then ignoring said emails for months. Once they had my money communication was cut and their own advice to change dates was denied.

Great hotel. Nice alternative to Premier Inn. Great location for Headinley and Leeds. Access to gym and pool. Starbucks and sports bar on site. Lots of pubs and coffee shops near by. Look for a stay and dine offer.
