Beautiful old building. Seating area outside. Our room was a great size and very comfortable ( deluxe double). Room a little weary with damaged fittings. Mean portions of tea, coffee, and toiletries. Loads of very hot water. Great location. For £88 I expect even the small things to be good.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were so helpful especially Melvin. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, we had to switch rooms as we had booked 2 different rooms and we were leaving 11am for a wedding. They got housekeeping to clean our 2nd room first so we could put our stuff in our new room before we left. The rooms are very soundproof, we didn't hear a thing from other guests. Breakfast was lovely, there's plenty of parking and the hotel is in a really good location. Will definitely be returning

Stayed here one night over bank holiday weekend. Superb hotel regards facilities, cleanliness and location. The staff are so helpful and on this occasion a night porter called Richard he couldn't do enough for us. We also had a lovely cooked breakfast where we found Richard is the hotel chef he even cooked lovely fresh eggs for us. We will be back.

Managed to get a room here this weekend and will absolutely be back! Charming hotel, other reviews have stated dated and needs refurbishment but I disagree. The country house feel, decor, ambience all add to this hotel's very welcome charm and history. Clean, big rooms, quiet ( slept all night) and a delicious breakfast, free WiFi, parking and friendly staff. Very reasonable price on a busy packed out Leeds when all other venues were far too expensive for what they offered! Will definitely be back here, recommend 100%.Only 10 minutes drive into Leeds city centre with traffic or 40 minute walk.

My sister found Hayley's on booking.com. this was an alternative to the big soulless city centre hotels and Just 10 mins to the lovely town, Headingly! The staff were friendly and kind and made us feel welcome. We had a beautiful suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The accommodations was spotless (I'm a clean freak) and it really felt like home. We only stayed one night, but we will be back. A good range of breakfast on options offer - thanks for the lovely young lady who checked us in who was there first thing in the morning clearing plates and dealing with all enquiries and the chef! Thank you!
