Just outside the city centre and very close to the railway. I is a good place with very friendly and patient staff (thank you Samia). The room was spotless and everything as you would want it to be. There is a car park, it has very sharp turns and tight but it is secure and safe. If you drive with care as the signs say you'll have no problem.

A great hotel. Lovely rooms and nice comfortable bed. Friendly staff who will do their best to help you whenever they can with anything e.g. requests for rooms. The pool is great and the breakfast is lovely. Thank you for a great stay

My experience was lessened by having to get room service one night. The food was mediocre, bordering on poor, overpriced and with an additional £5 tray charge . I was informed of the charge before going ahead but had no choice as my child had fallen asleep and I couldn't leave the room. Otherwise the hotel was great and the breakfast buffet is fantastic and includes options to take away which is really useful. Updated: Management heard that I had been unhappy with the service and contacted me to make it right. I was impressed with their service and the way they dealt with this matter.

Whilst the staff members are lovely,I can safely say this is a shocking hotel for Hilton standards.

Whilst the staff members are lovely,I can safely say this is a shocking hotel for Hilton standards. The rooms are dated, but what left me gobsmacked was the lack of hygiene. We stayed in 2 different rooms and the carpets were disgusting. The double windows too, are clearly filthy and full of mould. We regretted, bitterly, to have chosen this hotel over the double tree. As they are, technically 5 min away. Very disappointed!

Polite staff and helpful too. Areas of the hotel are a bit tired but they appear to be refurbishing.

Polite staff and helpful too. Areas of the hotel are a bit tired but they appear to be refurbishing. Rooms not so big but foe a short stay absolutely fine. Have all the bits you expect in a room from tea/coffee, safe, towels and toiletries. And most important, clean. I thought breakfast was good too.

Great Location but front entrance is looking very much in need of some TLC, not the most attractive approach. Rooms were very good, breakfast superb, bar selection and service very good. Room price also value for money. Accommodating and freindly staff throughout the hotel. Enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice and very central, easy to find. The customer service was excellent and polite. However, the price you pay you expect more comfort regarding beds, they was not the comfiest. The swimming facilities were not hygienic and it smelt of urine.
