The Bradford Hotel leeds

Great location for parties and weddings. Good food and service. Parking next door. Lovely rooms available is staying on.

Attendant an Asian wedding there very very poor service. Only name is grand nothing grand about that hotel. I’ll rather do a wedding in a community center then a at Bradford hotel. Staff very very unprofessional. Made me a ticket for wrong date and couple of days later got fine. Spoke to the person who made me ticket he said can’t do much about it.

Spent one night, part of a coach tour. Big problem with the dinner. One of our party is vegetarian who doesn't eat pasta which was the veggie option ended up with some carrots (5mins wait if she wanted peas). We spoke to the person in charge who said sorry that's all there is. Strange as the bar tables had menu's and people still ordering from them. Breakfast was nice.

The room was okay, there wasn't plugs in the room so had to unplug the TV to change our phones, also the bed side lamps didn't work. But slept really good and breakfast was nice.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Ive been to Bradford Hotel three times this month for training purpose. The third time I was unsure exactly which room training is in so as soon as a staff of hotel came out of lift and noticed that I looked a bit confused she politely asked me and informed me where training is, she even said that she will walk me there but I said I will manage. Also the hotel is very hygiene and clean including the toilets (well I can only speak of the men's toilets)

It's ok.. A little too run down.. Looks shabby from Outside too.. Could do with revamping the place and modernising it aswell..

Venue is old and tired. The food looked great, but taste and texture both disappointed.
