It was fine for a short stay but have stayed in larger double rooms never mind a treble which this was. So compact and clean. While rooms still being cleaned on arrival were offered complimentary coffee or tea while we waited. Very nice cafe nearby for breakfast if you don't fancy meeting hotel timeframe and less costly. Handy location.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff and clean rooms with everything you need. Downside is that because it's in the centre you get alot of people coming back late night and making a noise. But the hotel were very good and have a security guard walking the floors, keeping people in check. Great value for money. Definitely recommend and will use again. Parking opposite is a benefit too.

One night stay over night for a private function nearby Very efficient checking in for large groups if requested, making it much faster to get checked in, very appreciated Rooms where very clean and well presented with the usual coffee and tea making facilities, beds where really comfy which provided a peaceful sleep Breakfast was standard breakfast really, hot cooked and cold breakfast options available, anything not there? Simply ask the staff which are never too far away for anything that could possibly be missing

I loved the late check out before midday. Downside is the check in is after 3pm. Some of us came on an early flight so we'd a lot of waiting around to do. They took our bags so we were freer to view the city. Rooms were clean and spacious. There were 3 of us, 2 of us had to share a double bed. We thought the overall price of the room was very good for its location to the city. We discovered a Sainsburys right across the hotel. Other members ate in the restaurants and cafes around the hotel and were well impressed. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Good location close to the centre of Leeds and only 10 mins walk from the station. Good size rooms for a family. Beds are big and comfortable with a thick duvet (I visited in Late Autumn) and plenty of pillows. Usual tea/coffee tray, TV, ironing board, wardrobe etc. Good shower in the bathroom. Good choice of food options and beers. Excellent breakfast too.

Exceptional, lovely hotel, can't fault it, great location. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was tip top. I stayed there with my two sisters so we had a triple room. One of my sisters said it was the most comfortable bed she had ever slept in . Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, great view bit expensive for what you get however. Staff were great, online checkin and check out are a bonus. No car parking. I actually wouldn't stay again due to the high costs not actually getting much benefit over budget chains I've stayed with I bet this is a good place to stay for business however. Didn't use the restaurant- too expensive.
