A rainwater pipe at 2nd floor level had become disconnected from the guttering during heavy rainfall and Darren was round within the hour to have a look, gave me both short and long term advice on how to remedy it and then sent a team of 3 to fix it less than 3 hours later - super quick, super easy, very polite and courteous.... I'm a happy customer!
