5/ 5

We had a variety of their products fitted throughout our house following a recommendation from a friend. We have wooden slat blinds and full shutters. The lead time on the shutters was about 10weeks but definitely worth the wait. We are almost 3years in from the fitting now and they still look brand new. Jon who measured and quoted is so lovely, down to earth and knowledgeable and then the guy who fitted them was fantastic and so upbeat a pleasure to have in our home. Cannot fault from start to finish and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff. Lovely blind fitter. RUBBISH product / end result. We spent over £130 on a Black out Blind and our room is as bright as when we didn't have a blind fitted. We have a very normal rectangular window and the blind they fitted, removed and re-fitted blocks out about 20% of the light from the day - making lie-ins impossible. I really cannot u see stand how they have got it so wrong. They have since ignored my email of complaint and I will probably have to buy some curtains to go over the blind.

Having installed a fantastic awning last year on the east wall of our property, a 350 year old watermill just south of Midhurst, a larger but equally fantastic awning was installed over the south facing side a few months ago. It was a difficult installation, made more so by concurrent exterior refurbishment works which necessitated two visits made at no extra cost. I can thoroughly recommend thiis company, a family business which continues to go above and beyond in providing a superb product and service to its customers during the most trying of pandemic times. I have nothing but praise for this company which has just provided my wife and me with a superbly engineered awning, expertly installed by two delightful workmen. Their task was not easy as the installation was above fast flowing water. So pleased have we been that we are now seeking a replacement for an older awning.

We had recently moved into a new property which had some electric roller blinds fitted by Brighton Sunblinds. We couldn't figure out why they weren't working so rang up and spoke to Jon. He was polite and friendly and offered to come out one day on his way home from work to take a look. Issue was resolved (user error!) almost immediately and we were not charged. Great service!
