I have called this morning to ask for a replacement for window seals as this company had installed windows in our building few years back. At first call person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful but because I live on top floor and was not sure of any remaining warranty they have promised to call back after some research. They did call again this afternoon and said it might not be possible and have to send someone to have a look at it and decide if they can do it or not.Cost of this is £54.00.I have mentioned it is little more than I have expected for someone to come and have a look with possibility they can not do this. Then I have said I'm happy to pay for it anyway but his immediate reaction was: "If you find this expensive I'm not going to send anyone in as we will be charging hundreds for a job anyway. You can find other companies to this in your area." After that I have said I will pay for this job to be done and I have just asked a simple question. He got so irritated and hung up on me. The original job was bad itself as they have just covered up the holes so it looks nice but because of that there is constant draft. Customer service is shocking, but I'm glad at least some local companies are doing so well they don't need anymore customers.

The service, products and installation by Premier Windows is first class. I had a small window replaced and am delighted with it. From the initial sales visit to the installation, every step was handled professionally. This local company is a well oiled machine! And has long tenured and experienced staff who take pride in their work and the company have years of manufacturing experience. I had previously had my windows replaced by a well known national company, and I can only describe the service and products as shoddy. I highly recommend Premier Windows and will certainly use them again in future.

Had a new door and window fitted to my kitchen extension. The fitter was first class, clean, tidy and delivered a first class installation. The end product looks excellent and has brought new light into the house. I will be using Premier again soon. Many Thanks
