I am literally over the moon with the finished windows & doors it's gone a huge way in transforming our house, so I really can't thank SGS enough for all their support, input & of course the finished product. The three guys (Simon, Nick & Ben) who completed all the work were superb, they worked round 2 other builders who were doing work on the house at the same time with no fuss. They left everything clean & tidy as well as filling in any holes & cracks from movement etc. I would highly recommend SGS

The work they did was to a high standard and efficient - working exactly to the schedule they predicted. Communication was always good. We had several quotes for three large sets of bi-fold doors. Sussex glazing were competitive with the Air 800 premium product we were looking for. They came, measured and fitted efficiently working around a difficult schedule we had during a large renovation project. Communication was good and minor after fitting adjustments attended to promptly with no issue. Highly recommend this company

We had two sliding patio doors replaced with Air sliding doors, triple glazed. Cost exactly as quoted, a very competitive price considering that we had one nearly twice the quote and another company never followed up our initial enquiry. Fitters were very competent and professional, vacuuming before leaving and I am pleased to say we have not had to report and snags for correction. One final point they kept to the appointment and arrived on time both for quotation and fitting.

Absolutely superb customer service and products. We've used two different suppliers for windows and doors at our house and, whilst both have been good, SGS have been noticeably better. Every single employee we have dealt with, from the office to sales to the fitters have been high quality. Communication is good, service is reliable and all delivered with friendliness and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend.

I have used SGS for a couple of home projects now. Fantastic service, couldn't fault them. The whole team are polite and professional, from the sales team through to the installation and after care team. I now have a lovely new front door.

What a great Business! When we moved in we inherited two sets of 4 panel bi-fold doors, which were tired and unfinished. What a transformation! Lee was punctual, courteous and explained exactly what needed doing. Following Lee's professional and innovative workmanship (due to previous install issues) we have been left with a set of doors that now look transformed. Would definitely recommend.

12 New windows and 2 doors. The installation did have a few little glitches, it didnt go smoothly as it should. That said, the issues were not the doing of Sussex Glazing, it was routed with their supplier. There are some very good reviews for Sussex Glazing and I fully agree with all of them. You dont though find out how really good a company is until you experience how they deal with a problem and I cannot praise Alastair and his team enough. The windows look fantastic, hard to tell the difference between the new ones and the wooden ones we really did not want to lose. The standard of fit, finish and tidying up after has been first class. I have no association with the company other than being a very happy customer.
