Excellent authentic Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Persian, Vegetarian food. Tasty Vegan Options also. I was in there before a comedy event at Tobacco Factory and had no idea what to expect. I had heard great things though. When they brought out the hot slices of flat bread with various dips it blew my mind and taste buds even before the main. The lager was Casablanca and this slightly sweet drink marries perfectly with the cuisine. For main i had Fish stew which was finished with pomegranate seeds and i was transported to middle east when i tasted this. I recommend this dish. But i also tried someones mutton with CousCous which was cooked to perfection certainly for my taste. I loved also the relaxed and warm atmosphere which topped off a splendid experience. I will be certainly be back!

Lovely Moroccan and related cuisine, perfect for lunch and dinners. It can get really busy so totally recommend booking in advance as every time I've chanced it they've been full. Would definitely recommend for family dinners or a date, the atmosphere is lively although sometimes can be a little lively when it's packed.

Absolutely gorgeous food. It's very popular. Recommend booking in advance or getting there early. It's quite lively when busy, so if you're with someone who's partially deaf it could be very challenging trying to have a conversation!

Fantastic food, horrible waiter. Honestly his attitude ruined the evening; it felt like he'd prefer we weren't there, even though our bill came to nearly £200. Spoke to others that had similar experience. If you go, ask for one of the female staff for service with a smile.

Absolutely brilliant. Went for lunch with friends and shared 5 dishes between 2 which was a generous lunch. Every dish was tasty and unique in flavour, spices were perfectly balanced and would recommend to everyone. Even my fellow meat eater said the veggie dishes were the best.

This used to be one of my favourite restaurants - in the country, let alone Bristol. But my enthusiasm has waned since it decided to become a tapas bar. Please can you go back to being a proper restaurant / bistro again with attentive table service, succession of courses etc. so eating out becomes a special occasion again. The "tapas experience" of bits of food coming at random is just irritating, takes to focus off the food and onto the drinking to the detriment of the overall atmosphere.

Had been desperate to eat here for a really long time and the food did not disappoint at all, it was brilliant and tasty and everything we wanted and more! Sadly the whole experience was brought down by the fact that we were reminded every 10 minutes that the table had to be cleared by a certain time because there was another booking. I obviously appreciate places need to book tables and bring customers in, but the constant reminder of the ticking clock is absolutely not what I want to experience when I go out for a meal. The whole thing felt rushed and hurried rather than laid back and relaxed as it should be. Huge shame as the food was excellent.
