Pizza Express bristol

Pizzas quality was good, just need more attention to dough because in middle of pizza it's like nothing dough. Kid's menu fine. That's overpriced pizza for something like that. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely food but exceptionally slow service. Arrived at 7pm, group of 8, hardly anyone else in the restaurant. The starters took ages to come out with 3 people not receiving theirs until after everyone else had finished their starters. Had main courses and coffees but we didn't leave until 9:55, it should take nearly 3 hours to have a 2 course meal. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had apologised but they didn't so I can only assume its the norm

Service seriously poor. Walked in and asked for a table of two, waiter just said “we are fully booked” and walked off. So we left and decided to take a look at reservations and there was one in just half an hour. After reserving a table we went in to be seated and the waiter just pointed at our table which was across the room and asked us to take a seat. The waiter who actually served us was lovely but apart from that we were very disappointed as we have come for a visit to Bristol from London.

Noisy environment, but I guess there was a kids party/?. Average pizza for my Italian standards. Polite service.

I booked a table here for 34 people. Booking and leasing with then regarding pre-order was really easy and they were quick to respond. The service on the night was great. All 34 mains arrives at the same time, with no mistakes. The food was good and everyone was very happy.

The pizza is always so amazing. We got our food very fast although we where missing a side that we never revived along with some drinks we ordered. But normally everything is perfect.

Not the best pizza ive ever had, would have certaily have been the most expensive without the vouchers
