Stayed for one night with friends. Good location with Lots of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Comfortable and clean large room, we had the disabled bathroom as my husband had just had a hip replacement, so it was good to have a large walk in shower. Only thing that let the hotel down, was that we found a very dirty towel in the bathroom, after taking it down to reception, it was replaced immediately with apologies. Breakfast was okay, good selection on the buffet, seemed to be a little shirt staffed as it was difficult to find staff to order eggs and sort the coffee machine which had run out of water. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely spot overlooking the river. Very comfortable room (it was apparently a possibility for a future upgrade - it certainly gets my vote!) Also a very good breakfast - lots of choice and very tasty. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely central location, especially if you want to sample the social King Street drinking establishments. Clean, tidy hotel with well laid out rooms. Comfy bed and a nice bath with integrated TV. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one night and had a nice, spacious room looking out onto the river. I liked the modern ambience of my room, however the bed was a bit too hard for my liking and I could hear a lot of noise coming from the riverside and the corridors, so it didn't seem like it was very well soundproofed. However I still managed to get a good nights sleep, probably more because I'd already had quite a few beers lol, so these issues were just minor. However the best thing about this hotel is the city centre location. Nicely perched on the riverside and just mere seconds to all the nice craft beer pubs on King Street. Will stay again!

Hotel location was great however we stayed for three days and our room was not serviced, we had to ask for it to be serviced and still nothing happened. We actually had to leave the hotel room in order for it to be cleaned around 4pm during the day which wasn't ideal. friendly staff though.

The room was not lite up very well & u could not brighten the up the room.i couldn't have a shower as u couldn't regulate the water it was boiling hot or very cold.the the room temperature was cold & as it had been raining it was very cold at times.the TV was not working & a replacement had 2 be put in its place.i paid £ 65 for the nite but won't stay again.i visit bristol a few times a year & like the harbour festival. & the premier Inn & as it was not open due 2 coving 19 I chose mercury as an alternative.
