Sonic Direct was very professional throughout the whole process of buying a new dryer. Received confirmation and receipt. Chose a delivery time for the week after. The next day got a phone call apologies that they were out of stock and it could be mid November until some came in. He gave me the option of a refund or choosing a different appliance. I chose to wait because the price was soo much cheaper for exactly the same product, delivery and recycle service. So glad I did, they kept me informed about times and dates. The time was far less then they first suggested so I was very pleased. Fantastic communication emailed night before with time slot, then rung from driver to say when he'd be here. They respected my property, took away the old appliance very professional and would highly recommend SONIC DIRECT to everyone. 1st class service through out the hole process. Will go there first when my old appliances break!! Keep doing what you do

One star only because Sonic Direct themselves are fine. However, the delivery company they use, Panther Logistics, are hopeless. They lose your order, can’t deliver on time and have drivers incapable of knocking on a door. Cancelled my order after 4 days of being messed around by Panther. Not worth any saving you might make on Sonic Direct sadly and will go elsewhere in future.

Purchased a Bosch turquoise kettle & toaster from Sonic Direct. Magnificent customer service, very good value & limited edition electricals especially from Bosch. Hassle free next day delivery is always a plus.

Will definitely use Sonic Direct again. Really keen on price and having ordered a NEFF double oven late on a Monday night it was delivered first thing Wednesday morning. Even received a call to double check we hadn't accidentally ordered the wrong oven type and follow up emails advised us we were entitled to a £150 gift card from NEFF.

Bad experience, visited at the weekend and paid for a Samsung washer dryer I was told was in stock. I was tempted to take it in my car, but for £20 delivery I decided to have it delivered on the Tuesday. After removing my old washer ready, on delivery day (today) I received a phone call saying there were none available and none in the country, it was discontinued. I was offered the ex display model instead. I asked a few times what about the one that’s was in stock but was told it was reserved. I had to drive to the store for the third time to get a refund (I visited before ordering too then brought the wife back). The guy that served me was nice at first, but when it wasn’t going his way he was very rude, I went open minded as to whether to buy another washer dryer or get a refund, but with his awful attitude I decided to take my business elsewhere. He walked away saying “refund him” to his female colleague. He did not have the time of day for me, I did not appreciate the comment he made about my wife “chewing his ear off” - she was very polite on the phone and only wanted to negotiate a better price on the ex display model, we had already been let down when you didn’t deliver as promised. Overall a bad experience, I understand the guys are busy, but a bit more customer friendlyness would go a long way - any kind of apology for my wasted time back and forth and I would have left the store today with a more expensive model.

I ordered a fridge on Friday morning and it arrived Saturday lunchtime, kept well informed of time delivery was due and the two guys were very helpful and polite. I’d never heard of Sonic Direct before but this is definitely the first place I will look in future if I need any more items. Excellent service, thank you.

I was a bit dubious about ordering an item from a company I'd never heard of before as it was a fair amount of money I was going to spend for a new TV. I have to say in all honesty that they were fantastic, the TV was £150 cheaper than amazon. I ordered on the 9/10/21 and it arrived just after lunch on the 11/10. The TV was in great condition, the delivery drivers were very helpful and I was kept informed by text of when it was dispatched until it was delivered. Amazing service and I'll definitely use again.

Fabulous service, ordered a fridge for my Mother on Friday evening and it was delivered before midday the following Monday. Had the option to select other days to suit my availability. Delivery staff were very friendly and polite. Really liked the delivery tracking feature to follow the delivery truck. Highly recommended

Sonic Direct had the best price for the electric kettle that I was looking for. The free 24 hour tracked delivery was an extra bonus and my item arrived on time. Altogether an excellent service and highly recommended.

Steve was amazing! I needed a very specific size fridge and couldn’t find one in stock anywhere. From first phone call he offered a solution, kept me informed, called me when he said he would and then organised delivery who were on time and did exactly what they said they would. Will definitely use again as so nice to have an actual human to deal with!!
