Argos Guiseley leeds

My partner visited Argos around 1pm today to see if this Argos branch had the Vax Vacume cleaner she wanted. Emily the Argos assistant inside this Argos store was very helpful,she sorted out the order and when it arrived down the slop ready for us to pick up we noticed a small tear in the box. Emily was very quick to change the item just in case some part of the Vacume inside might have had been damaged or not. Emily was very polite and very helpful towards us as customers during the purchase of the item bought from Argos. I don't usually leave reviews,but on this occasion I felt it necessary to leave this review on how polite and courteous Emily was towards us the customer,and hope that those at the top take note that this person gets the recognition she deserves. Well done Emily you have made another Argos customer very happy!

Really nice staff always there when you need them

I bought a piranha pazzaz bike and it wasso bad the pedal kept and coming off when i bought it half of the stuff was missing and when i returned it the chain was off and my 100 pound went wasted bcoz argos sell used stuff and i saw other people returning stuff really bad this shop is second handed youll rather go sunday market i am really shocked

Leaving this review to comment on the TERRIBLE service made by your manager Craig. My brother and mum came into your store today for a replacement of an item that is broken and Craig bluntly told my brother who has special needs that he couldn’t do this. The amount of times we’ve had replacements for BROKEN items and the staff have been lovely about it but this specific occasion was nothing like that. After rudely telling a very embarrassed and upset 15 year old SEN child that he can’t get a replacement, my mum attempted to speak to the obnoxious manager and he again refused a refund/replacement. Genuinely disgusted at the outcome of this visit as your manager clearly doesn’t understand how much his rudeness affects a child that doesn’t understand why someone is being so rude to him. Will never ever return here.
