Really helpful staff. They didn’t have my item in stock but signposted me to another branch. Friendly and knowledgeable

Went into the store today to enquire about some wireless speakers. A store assistant named Luis set the speakers up for us so we could try them out. Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgable, polite and honest. In the end we purchased a Audio Pro Addon C10 from them and we are very happy with it. We will use this store in the future when purchasing electronics and recommend it highly :)

Great products and great service. Ask for Mike. He showed me products of varying prices and quality, he didn't try just to sell me most expensive. He set up a sound bar so I could actually hear it. I did then look elsewhere then returned and he set up the bar again to compare to what I had heard at other shop. This is my second purchase at this branch and I would highly recommend. Cheers Mike

After months of scouring and being confused online I finally zeroed in on the projector I wanted and went into the Leeds store to check out stock availability. I had done enough research to know what I wanted but was missing that expert advice to help fill in the gaps. Chris the store manager is the gentleman I had the pleasure of dealing with and he reassured me on the purchase as well as confirmed some key points I was missing. Chris even went as far as setting up the projector for me whilst I shopped around Leeds city centre. When it was set up he called me and I went back to check it out. I proceeded to buy it immediately. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have already started looking at upgrading my sound system to match the glorious imagery my eyes are being treated to. I have been in touch with Chris and I look forward to completing my dream set up with his help.

I had the most amazing service here from Stephen. So much so, that I will always buy every electrical from richer sounds as long as they remain generally competitive. In all my years I’ve never experienced customer service this good, and that is entirely down to Stephen so hats off to him, what a good egg. I ended up spending c£2000 across 3 items and I had no idea what I actually needed to buy. He even helped me configure my Denon amp and Sony tv when I encountered issues. Massive thanks to Stephen.

Richer Sounds really do provide excellent service. I originally purchased a different TV but had a problem with it. RS accepted a return the day after delivery and gave a full refund. They were so helpful I decided to stick with them and after some research and advice, I chose an LG UP81006LR. This has an IPS type screen for excellent wide viewing angles. Picture and sound for standard TV are equal to my HD plasma, and the 4k images are genuinely amazing. If you watch mostly TV and some movies, buy the LG, but what ever you buy, buy it from Richer Sounds.
