The shop itself has some good stuff in but I couldn’t go inside to look as there is a step at the main entrance that prevents entry by wheelchairs

We found PCIdeas to be very friendly and informative, built us a new Hi-Performance PC for our new CAD system thanks for all your help

The two absolute Gents in this shop, simply can't do enough for you. Warm welcome, incredibly knowledgeable, very integral in terms of problem solving and more than fair in price tag. These guys are very professional and honest to the core, they don't like computers but do love help people. Share stories over a pork pie from the Butchers up the street. Have had my laptop in to replace a broken screen since last summer. We were contacted once, months ago, to explain the delay was due to an understandable issue with sourcing parts. Have been trying to contact to retrieve the laptop, fixed or not, for 4 months now with no success. There is no email address, phone messages are not responded to and there seems to be no other way to contact you. We do not want you to break furlough, we simply want our property returning.

We left our external hard drive with PC Ideas to have a simple repair done back in October 2020, paying for the work upfront. Despite making a number visits to the shop, when it was open to be told the repair would be completed shortly. We have also called and emailed but we have had no response from the owner. He has not completed the repair or returned the hard drive. It has been incredibly disappointing not to have been contacted in all this time. We just want our property back repaired or not. 20/05/21 We still have not had our hard drive returned from PC Ideas, despite visiting the shop and sending a formal written complaint following Citizens Advice's guidance. It is very disappointing the lack of response from Ian Lowson/PCIdeas.

I am afraid I have had to leave poor review, but after waiting OVER 3 MONTHS ( I APPRECIATE COVID'19 DIFFICULTIES, BUT BEING UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU VIA PHONE & NO EMAIL ADDRESS). ALSO NOT HAD ONE SINGLE UPDATE TO PUT OUR MINDS AT REST ... SO SORRY TO HAVE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW BUT MY PATIENCE HAS BEEN MORE THAN ACCOMODATING & AFTER WAITING THIS LUDICROUS AMOUNT OF TIME, I WAS LEFT NO CHOICE. JUST A SIMPLE TV REPAIR NOT REBUILDING "NASA"

Went for a repair back in 2020. The customer service seemed nice at the time but when I contacted them to enquire about collecting our item pre-lockdown there was always an excuse or another week constantly. It has now been well over 6 months and despite leaving numerous messages there has been no communication but my hardware is still at the shop. Poor service and I hope this gets rectified soon.

Ian replaced the fan in my HP Lap Top. The service was impressive, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend PC Ideas Guiseley. Thanks very much for your support. .
