She was so helpful and assisted when we checked out and had forgot something in our room number 17.I would definitely return and stay again!

Staff in the reception were friendly and welcoming. Apart from that the room was pretty basic. There was a stuffy smell in the room. Could not adjust the room temperature. It was a hot day but the pedestal fan helped!

This is a typical Premier Inn, unfortunately no aircon but we knew that when we booked. No restaurant but a Toby next door (the breakfast was atrocious!!) The reception staff were excellent, always ready with advice and help. Added bonus here is huge free car park, parking is difficult in Southend and extortionate. Bus stop opposite takes you straight to the centre.
