Was given a fantastic sized room, and as a wheelchair user, this was right opposite the reception door. Very friendly staff, and we very accommodating of my slightly nutty husky assistance dog. Cannot thank the staff, both reception and housekeeping enough, and also had a lovely welcome gift from the hotel, very tasty too. Will definitely recommend this site of the premier Inn chain. Look forward to staying there again. Many regards

Some of the Staff very helpful. But if you have a problem with noise at night which happens often. Don't expect help. Go and sleep in the car. I did. And don't expect a refund they don't help. And you will not even get an apology.

Very overpriced Premier Inn £125 a night. Lack of sockets in room. No air conditioning.. No quilt on bed only a quilt cover as they said the weather was too hot for quilt ? Woke up in middle of the night freezing. So much for the good night sleep guarantee. Receptionist just said she would pass my comments on.

Really nice place to stop, rooms are big and spacious for the premier inn. No key card just a good old fashioned key. Really quiet and you have a great night sleep. There's a pub attached that serves nice food at a good price, the booze is fair priced too. Would recommend to stop. its a 5 min walk into the centre of Abingdon.

Easy to find on the sat nav with plenty of available car parking even with the hotels own car park shut off when we arrived. Friendly knowledgeable staff at the front desk who gave us great information regarding buses etc to Oxford complete with print offs with local info of Abingdon. Room as always with Premier inn clean and comfy with everything you need for a couple of nights stay.

I was really surprised by how nice this premier inn was. There was a large enough car park even though the main one was closed off. Checking in was easy using the machine to book you car in. The double bed room was large and spacious and had black out curtains. There was a fan on the room and it was very hot so the fan wasn't really doing a lot which was a shame. Bed was comfy enough and it was very quiet overnight, I was worried because of the 24 hour Mcdonald and police station opposite. Would be happy to return to it.
