I took my wife to the York branch today to purchase a high end designer watch, we were greeted by very friendly staff from opening the door until a deal was done. Michael White was extremely helpful, polite and professional, in fact, everyone that worked there were! I was making a considered purchase but they made my wife and I comfortable, offering us both drinks and making us feel welcome. We will do business with this company again.

My wife and I called at the Berry’s Omega boutique in York a few weeks ago during a shopping trip. The Berry’s team were very helpful, professional and courteous, making our watch buying a joyous experience. We tried on several models before making our choices and received a coffee whilst the watch bracelets were adjusted for our wrist sizes. When we visited the boutique a few days ago for some ‘fine tuning’ of the bracelets, we received the same professional and courteous service. I would highly recommend the Berry’s Omega boutique in York who gave us great customer service - Thank You Berry’s!
