Just wanted to say that my wife to be and I went round lots of ring shops in York, and the level of service we received here by Carla was unmatched anywhere else. She took a genuine interest in what we wanted, went to great lengths to not force anything on us that wasn't perfect, then when we went back she remembered us and made us feel like it was the only customer she had ever had. Massive well done Carla! You have two new Ogden's promoters!

Called in to get a new battery for my watch and the young lady said oh yes, we can replace it. It will take 10-15 minutes and the cost is £15. Perfect. Went for a coffee and came back and the chap behind the counter informed me it was £20. I said no, I was told £15. He looked at a chart and said no, it's £20. Probably won't rush back.
