Werk do definately deserve more than 5 stars, I absolutely agree with Kim! The service I have had since I first discovered them has been absolutely amazing. They transformed my diamond ring into such a wonderful piece and suggested a matching band too - I just adore wearing them & feel very lucky to have had their expertise. Not only that, they check & polish them for me annually at no extra cost. I have had various pieces repaired & re rhodium plated & wouldn't go anywhere else. To the one & only person who has left a negative review - please feel free to contact me & I will happily confirm mine is 100% genuine.

I needed a ring repairing urgently as it was of great sentimental value to a lady who isn't very well, and not only did these jewellers accept the ring after closing time, but they repaired it to immaculate condition for a very reasonable price very quickly. We are so grateful that the ring was able to be returned to its owner as good as new, and really felt we were given a personal outstanding service. Would definitely recommend for repairs and a bespoke personal touch to jewellery

Had rings enlarged & reduced in size. Excellent work & finish, they've been polished up to look brand new too. Wish I could give more stars. Truly brilliant work & lovely, friendly staff.

Mandy and her team at Werk really pulled it out of the bag for our family right in the midst of covid. We initially spoke on the phone and communicated via email and they managed to design the most beautiful gold kingfisher charm and necklace from my father to my mother for their 50th wedding anniversary. Her vision and flare made a special gift amazing. Werk was the only jewellers out of more than a dozen that we spoke to that could offer such a personal service, with a budget to work to and delivered well within our timescale. We couldn't have asked for better and will recommend Werk at every opportunity.
