If you're in the market for an engagement ring, Nightingale are where you need to go. The speed, efficiency, friendliness and knowledge provided by Claire and team was second-to-none. Even when coordinating the design of a bespoke ring from a distance, Nightingale had no problem in accommodating my many requests, whilst also providing input and insight into the process with some excellent knowledge and suggestions. Probably one of the best consumer experiences I've EVER had, and the ring that came out of the process is absolutely exquisite. My fiancé is stunned by the ring, and already the feedback from others has been resoundingly positive. We opted for a lab-grown diamond, however Nightingale also do ethically sourced diamonds also. Thanks to Claire and team for an amazing experience and product. We'll be back for our wedding bands!

My entire order was over the phone/email and the support I received really went completely beyond my expectations. The pre sale support to help me choose the correct combination of ring, metal and diamond was superb and no question was too much. Then after the purchase was made the team moved heaven and earth to get the ring out to me on time, unfortunately it didn't happen (through no fault of nightingales), but again they handled this superbly and made sure to get the ring to us as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the ring and will no doubt be back for our wedding bands.

My fiancé and I chose to have our ring made by Nightingale after reading about their strong principles and high quality workmanship on their website. In particular we wanted a lab created diamond. We travelled to their show room in York to discuss what we wanted and we were so impressed with the Nightingale team. They explained everything to us, about the diamonds and about the different metals we could chose. They were so professional and friendly throughout the whole meeting and we came away really happy with our choice! While our ring was being made, the team were exceptionally fast at replying to any queries we sent via email. When the ring arrived it was so beautiful and made to such a high standard. You get a lovely display box as well. I am absolutely thrilled!! If you want an engagement ring that is made with impeccable workmanship, I cannot recommend Nightingale enough. I received a beautiful fresh water pearl pendant with matching single pearl earrings (studs) to match as a Christmas present. I wear them together frequently they can be worn as an understated item or with more of a splash making them a very versatile and useful item of jewellery. I have been delighted with them.
