I went to the Trafford centre boutique to buy a Seamaster Aqua Terra golf, but wanted a steel bracelet instead of the Nato strap. The price quoted was pretty hefty, so I phoned the Omega boutique on St Ann Street the same day for a comparison, and they told me that that particular watch had been put on sale by Omega the week before. I made a huge saving by going to St Anns Square, but Trafford centre were oblivious

Poor. I made my way to the Trafford Centre, hoping to treat myself to a new Seamaster, on my day off work. Walked in. Two male employees in the store. No acknowledgement. No nothing. Obviously should have worn my work suit! Will take my £3k elsewhere. Avoid.

Wanted to write about a good experience I had here at the omega boutique. I’ve bought watches and been to omega boutiques before and the staff are usually rude (Barcelona & Manchester Piccadilly) However I came here and was greeted with kindness and respect. I tried on some watches which I was interested and had my other watch polished. Despite not making a purchase this was the best I’ve been treated in a watch boutique so I wanted to say a thank you to Crystal for providing a great experience for me and actually managing to get one of my friends interested in watches too. Thank you.

Recently bought a £4500 watch from here. The whole experience was very average wasn't offered a drink or anything, was on a par to going to Currys to buy a fridge. On processing the finance unbeknown to meit defaulted to my existing details on an old transaction I'd done. So because it went to a joint account my wife found out about her surprise. Also i thought it was unusual they didn't even set the time when leaving the store. Little things like that made the whole experience disappointing.. Good job I love the watch but I'd try elsewhere in the future

Bought the Omega Seamaster 300 007 edition Bond wears in the film 'No Time to Die' yesterday. The Omega shop was a lovely place to browse. The sales team were friendly and knowledgeable. Charlotte looked after my sale and was brilliant throughout! Was a fab shopping experience and I can't wait to go back. (when I've saved up obviously!) Best place to buy an Omega for sure. I loved trying different ones on!
