Gucci Selfridges manchester

Lovely Gucci shop with a nice selection. We come from Dubai and had a couple of queries regarding the shopping area, merchandise, and the vat refund system. The Persian staff member was very patient, professional, and helpful to us. I hope her superiors/managers read this post to cascade our thanks and appreciation for the service.

Not great customer service for a product repair, compared to other high designers they would replace the item without any questions- whereas gucci send it for “repair” which is not even done properly. Doubt i be buying more items from gucci if this is the service

Excellent customer service from Kelly the assistant store manager at Gucci Selfridges. Very helpful, attentive and sourced me the bag that I wanted! I'm really impressed by my whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store (especially Kelly) to anyone. Thanks again!
