This branch offers such excellent service, we couldn't be happier! Gaynor was so amazing in helping us find a ring for our 5-year anniversary, she was incredibly helpful and patient. We left the store having found the perfect fit ring! She is the absolute best and catered to our needs, nothing was too much trouble. When we returned to the branch on a different day, Dave was also extremely helpful and provided us great service with a smile.. We will always come back to this branch with great pleasure, and would strongly recommend it for customer service!

I quite like the jewellery at H. Samuel. To be honest, I've never bought anything for myself here, just gifts for other people. The watches I've bought were great at amazing prices. Unfortunately the rings sizes for women go up to such a size that it didn't fit my friend.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I also blagged a very cheap watch whilst my wife was in a spending mood!

Worst customer service they even dont bother themselves to move when a customer is coming !! I love this brand but the Manchester Fort one has the rudest customer service in the area that is why it is the quietest !!
