BE AWARE OF THE NO RETURN POLICY THIS RETAILER HAS IN PLACE!! This is the worst place to shop for watches and jewllery. They have a strange no return no refund policy that was not explained to me at time of purchase and when I was unhappy with the purchase and asked for a refund I was told that is not possible! The customer service is the worst I contacted by phone and the advisor was helpless and advised to send an email which they ignored totally. There are plenty of proffessoinal retailer out there so my advice avoid Chisholm Hunter at all costs.

Purchased a custom engagement ring from here and couldn't be happier. They have an excellent selection of stones, cuts and ring styles. The staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly. Massive thanks to Sue Meade who really went the extra mile throughout the process, and to get the ring to me in time for my planned proposal :) Highly recommended.

Good service, happy experience, happy with my purchase.

The manager here was great, my first time in Manchester and they’re the only retailer I saw who stocked Grand Seiko. Gave me an in depth explanation, some back ground and wasn’t pushy at all! I ended up purchasing the watch a little closer to home (through a friend) but had I been living in Manchester I’d no doubt purchase through this store!

Excellent selection, a family company with real values! something hard to find amongst the high street in this day and age. Their diamonds are of true craftsmanship and I was very impressed with the lifetime guarantee and upgrade policy feeling total confidence in the value of my piece in years to come!

They had a wonderful selection of jewelry in the shop, and we were brilliantly looked after. Everyone in the shop was friendly, helpful and polite and it was a lovely atmosphere. Tijanna looked after us amazingly and helped us find the perfect ring, we could not be more grateful and will definitely come back when we next need anything.
