Took a non item of purchase to this store to have a watch back pressed shut, without hesitation they pressed it for me and did not charge for the service. I have used this store alot otherwise and the staff can not do enough to help you. They always find what you want rather than trying to force a sale through the till.

Customer service from Danny was second to none. Very helpful and beautiful jewellery. So happy with my engagement ring.

Great range of watches and good service

Utterly disgusted at the poor customer service ! I bought a watch and the shop assistants showed minimal knowledge on watches as they ‘weren’t sure’ on what the three dials were on the face of the watch and didn’t know what the warranty would be on the product. I had some links taken out and within an hour the watch strap had came off. I then took it in the next day and asked to speak to the manager which the shop assistant replied ‘he’s gone home but you can complain online’ then proceeded to laugh. 100% never returning to this branch again

I recently visited the store to purchase a bulova watch as a lovely early christmas present to myself. I was assisted by an employee called Eve who was very diligent and made sure my experience as a consumer was second to none. I was very pleased with my experience at this store, and will be sure to return again to make many more purchases.
