Fabulous service from Paige and the team. Made my watch purchase a great experience and added to a fab birthday

Called in to see if we could get a replacement watch strap for my wife's Oris watch a member of staff called Chris was very helpful and informed us it would be in the shop direct from Oris with in 2 weeks which it was and fitted for free.

Lots of choice, very attentive staff once they realised I wasn't just browsing.

Great experience, helpful and informative staff. They were great throughout the whole purchase process, not too pushy. Nice touch of aftercare, they followed up a couple of days after purchase to make sure everything was okay RE adjustments and what not. Would highly recommend.

We visited the Trafford Centre - Goldsmith shop. We was greeted by the most lovely assistant called Brian. My daughter Cara was looking for a watch. Brian was so patient and nothing was too much trouble. He explained so much about this watch and kept it back for us whilst we looked at other shops. We went back and bought it, he took some links out so it fitted perfectly. He even had the kindness to e mail my daughter happy birthday a few days later. He is the perfect example of how thoughtful, kind customer service should be. Thank you so much Brian for everything. Andreas and Cara ☺️
