Avoid this place! Had a great experience when I went in a week ago, tested everything I had, was off

Avoid this place! Had a great experience when I went in a week ago, tested everything I had, was offered on one of the items... said I would think about returned a week later to find a surly manageress who said no to it, and made out that I was lying that I had been in. Terrible customer service! Really avoid like the plague... actually the plague would be a better result than going in this place! AWFUL

Would like to say I was served by a Lady at the royal exchange branch called mandy. I was looking for a new engagement ring for my 25 wedding anniversary she was brilliant explained what colour and imperfections was she was really helpful couldn't do enough thank you mandy.
