We did not get her name but she went out of her way to help us and made a big shopping really easier. It was our second visit from London and it was worth it. Just to say that one of the male staff we met on our first visit was also very friendly and helpful .

The man inside was seriously helpful. Was going to buy a bag and asked his advice before. He was completely honest and instead of helping his sale he helped us to think of a better bag. Didn't end up buying a bag in his store but did end up buying in another millets closer to home. If I or a friend was looking for things in the future I would rather go (or send the friend) to his store than any others because of his honest advice. He even recommended other stores to look in for what we wanted.

Small but conveniently located outdoor clothing and equipment store. Better range on display and in stock at their other store (Blacks) at bottom of North Street. Inexperienced assistant knew little about the footwear on display but I showed him how to identify leather-free products.
