I personally do not know too much about suits or the different ways to purchase one. Becky was an amazing help during my first experience, she was very clear, informative and attentive. She helped me find a suit perfect for my wedding day. She even gave me her personal suggestion which helped guide me to make the perfect choice. I'd highly recommend anyone Becky's service when looking to purchase a suit.

Staff were polite and friendly, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism. Very knowledgeable and I felt confident in their assessments for when I was being measured for a suit. Also had a chat about Victorian literature and discovered I am not alone in my dislike of Dickens. All in all, I will probably return next time I need a made to measure suit.

I don’t understand any of the poor reviews. I went in, had a browse, then had some fantastic help from the staff in picking out my suit. Very helpful and very friendly. Good quality suits and a great range to choose from. I highly recommend this store.

Friendly staff, well priced suits with plenty of range.

Extremely rude staff, Mainly coming from the manager. Made you feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store even after placing such a big order. I will give the one star for how quickly the Customer service team dealt with the situation and how efficient they were and reassuring me that it was not normal profession.

We booked a suit fitting appointment for my wedding, I attended with some groomsman and my mum. The manager could not care less we were in the store, he was on his mobile the majority of the time. When I finally spoke to him he said he had more suits coming in January. When I explained I live in Birmingham and need to look at suits today, he said the Birmingham store is much better and to go there! I think he forgot he was managing a shop. This was my first experience at a Moss Bros and I won't be attending another one again, even the one in Birmingham.

I had heard a number of bad things about Moss Bros from people I know. Never the less I decided to give the Hove store a try. I wasn't expecting much, but as soon as I stepped through the door it instantly felt like a luxury retail store. The service I received from Josh is some of the best service I feel I have received in recent years. He listened to every one of my requests and did all my alterations for me. He truly is a credit to the company, and from what I can tell, he has made a huge impact to the overall quality of the stores service. I would highly recommend going into Moss Bros Hove should you ever be in need of a suit!!

I went in recently to buy a suit for a friends upcoming wedding. I had never bought a suit before and was nervous about it. When I entered I was approached by a well dressed man named Josh, he was wearing a stunning navy Italian suit (the one I ended up buying). He listened to every request I had and handled it as if he had worked there for years. I asked him how long he had worked at the store to which he replied "about two months". If you do find yourself needing a suit, I highly recommend going to Moss Bros in Hove and asking to be served by Josh. You most certainly will not be disappointed. He manages to relate to you and the occasion you are going to, leaving you excited to go back for future suits you may need.

Shop had friendly service and the chaps offered some great advice and styling tips, didn't have the sizes I needed, however arranged next day delivery which arrived within 24hours of ordering exceptional experience can't wait to return. The quality of the suit is very good.

Terrible customer service. Third time visiting the store for hire service. Booked a slot in advance thinking that was my problem on previous two occasions. Nope, seems to be store policy to hire people who offer zero value to the customer experience. Have had good experience in the past with other Moss Bros stores so it really appears to be an issue local to Hove.
