Very disappointed rang the ticket office last week, looking at getting tickets for 5 October. Was told they be available this week plus parking in Bridge car park, because I have disable allowance and I need to show proof get ticket for myself and carer. Also require these documents to get parking in the Bridge car park which is the easiest route with my mobility scooter. Came over this pm only to be told no tickets available, season ticket only( why would you come all that way when you aready got season ticket) Plus the Bridge car park not available for the day. Very disappointed getting incorrect information and having come all the way for nothing. The staff need to have the correct information.

What a great venue. First visit so had no idea what to expect. Lots of public transport access by both train and bus, however Car parking is problematical. Easy to navigate, lots of staff and friendly fans. There are Drinks and food outlets and Toilets. There's good disabled access and purpose built areas for wheelchair users. It's deceptively small until you realise it accommodates 33 000 supporters. As expected you can find a club Shop and there are hospitality suites which can be hired.
