I go here every time I need something outdoorsy. Their staff are so friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable, and in particular, always do an incredible job at fitting shoes & finding the perfect ones. I have found this to be true for buying hiking boots, climbing shoes and even just normal trail shoes. There's nowhere else I'd go! :)

Needed some rock climbing shoes, the guy was so helpful, told me lots of information about the brands etc, which was great. A big store which sells everything outdoors!

Bought some boots here, can’t speak highly enough of the magnificent staff, especially Herve. Walked us (no pun intended) through the many options available as well as managing for my many foot and ankle issues. Was knowledgeable, friendly and left me totally confident in my purchase, as well as return options if I wasn’t totally satisfied. Fantastic experience and I will be shopping at Cotswold for all my outdoor needs from now on.

super helpful and knowledgeable. spent an hour in here being a nuisance and the staff didn't get fed up 😂 thanks to the guy who showed me every pair of boots in the shop only for me to buy two sleeping bags instead, you were awesome.

Had booked an Gait Analysis and got so much more than what I anticipated. Not only did I get amazing tips and insight on running (Beginner), but the member of staff was extremely helpful, non condescending, and very polite and insightful. Extremely thankful for the service! Terry is the go to person at the store.
