great staff and some exclusive products. easy to find. shop a bit cramped.

Some nice shoes but the staff might aren't inviting. The staff managed to avoid eye contact at all times, I can see why people buy on line!

The staff member and manager I dealt with were both incredibly helpful. Both went out of their way to sort my problem and made me feel very valued as a customer. Great customer service. They also had great covid measures in place.

Had a problem with my vapormax pair from over christmas which left the bubble deflated, the staff were so helpful (especially the man with glasses and long hair) to go out of their way when it was super busy to ring Nike and sort out sending my shoes back for inspection. It would have been easy enough for them to say my warranty was up, which it was, and let me deal with Nike directly myself, but they gave me a receipt, took my email and address and all I have to do is wait for a response now. Great service.
