Today I bought some clothing,I had to take a couple of items back, I could not have a cash refund. Which I was quite surprised. I have never been refused a refund. It had to be a voucher. I have never been to a store that has not offered a refund or they have automatically given you a refund. So why don't sports direct give you a receipt For the amount you have spent. Never again will I buy from sports direct. Also a statement of details etc should be displayed on the counter for shoppers can see it. Yes they have a notice but not very. Proment the entrance door. I suggest on the entrance door. Mrs Margaret Carr . 0798560ii96

Overworked staff, chaotic in store experience. I was shocked by the quality of the clothes and shoes that are on sale now. Flimsy materials used for the football trainers I was looking at. Fast fashion which ends up at the tip 6 months later. Utter tat. Also they don’t provide refunds. In this day and age? You cannot buy with confidence, I would avoid this place like the plague and will never shop here again.

Have been shopping there for years but won't be going back. Obviously had to wear face mask which doesn't make things easy when wearing glasses. In trying on shoes I wasn't sure they felt comfy but VERY helpful assistant said "look try them at home (indoors only) and if they still feel wrong, bring them back within 28 days and we'll refund you". I returned a few days later and was told "We can give you a credit note or exchange". I pointed out this wasn't what the sales assistant advised I was told "It's company policy never to refund payment unless the goods are faulty". Not impressed JD Sports and for the sake of £27 you have lost a customer that's shopped with you for over 10 years.
