The products are well made and there is a great look and feel about the company. I just think some of the items tend to be overpriced in my view, hence the four stars...

Just visited and was shocked with the customer service. First of all, being made to feel very unwelcome by snobby looks from sales team - not really appreciated if you are one of two customers in the shop. Sales assistants huddled in a gossip circle as I attempt to get assistance, noting that I am in a rush and just need a price/stock availablility a fair few times before acknowledement came. After a few attempts at asking for help there was a very very slow response from one girl, even an eye roll, before noting that the product was not in stock and had no idea when items were coming in - only took 10 minutes. The product was in prime place in the window display, there was no offer to view this item although it was barely a meter away from us. Will not be shopping here again, no wonder online is taking over the high street.

Just moved here and needed to buy myself some sheets, blankets, and pillows. Robert sorted me out. He's the embodiment of kindness. Thanks so much - can only recommend.

Snobby unhelpful manageress? who came across bothered asking her a question. Acted up nose and that made me feel unease and guilty for asking her a question whist she was busy with some sort of stock check/ paper work on the shop floor. Sorry but having worked in retail and being a manager myself in various high end shops ( more expensive than White company ) I know for fact that customer comes first and THEN the rest of the tasks on the shop floor. You are suppose to teach that to your staff members so why aren’t you following what you are probably preaching yourself? You are supposed to show an example to your stuff. She made herself complete unavailable to provide a friendly, helpful and welcoming customer service acting up nose on the shop floor doing her admin task. The prices for the items aren’t worth paying for for the lack of customer service you receive. Disappointing and definitely won’t be going there again and won’t recommend this shop to any of my friends either. To the contrary.
