Once again rude staff behind sales desk. I stood for a good five minutes before I was acknowledged. Told her I won some free books. To which she answered "it's an offer" rather curtly. Why make it a fb competition if it isn't??? I asked her to add them to the cheapest package, paid £13 and went to play. I discovered during the session that I had no American flyer, no pyramid and no national books. She never offered me these separately or I would have purchased them. Poor service all round. Very amateur bingo caller... No personality and the girl doing cash line was very difficult to understand between games. If this is the best you can do I'm not surprised it was almost empty. I have been playing for 40yrs, and cannot believe the demise. I'm sorry to give a bad review, but it is honest feedback on my experience.

If using the car park through "Your Parking Space" don't expect to be able to use the toilet, that is for Mecca members only. Good service, however, would engender more customers. Good value car park.

Nice welcoming club, staff made sure we got the best offers and made us aware of deals on bingo books or electronic bingo books, upcoming events and promotions on drinks and food. Great atmosphere worth a visit the tribute act nights and special guest nights are definitely worth group visits

Good facilities, plenty of seats and carpark, all clean. Cheap food and drinks.

WHY DO I NEVER WIN AT BINGO. Seriously, i play almost every week/day and i never win! What is this BS, its just luck right? SO WHY DO I NEVER WIN! But anyway great vibes and chill ambiance, perhaps a fresh coat of paint would make Mecca pop more though!

Mecca bingo is now permanently closed here building has been sold and construction work on the car park has begun
