Lovely restaurant, food was really nice and the serving team were great. Managed our expectations straight away by saying that they were busy and food may take a bit longer than normal but actually we found the service quite quick actually and the time flew past as we enjoyed our food and drink. Really would recommend booking though as it gets busy!! Well worth a visit, the King Garlic Prawns are delicious!!

There was a random piece of seafood in my meal and when we made the waiter aware, he said it was because the fryers for the fries and calamari were next to each other. There was no apology. Luckily I'm not allergic to seafood, it ruined the meal for me though.

Been here a few times now and always have a good experience. The service is always good and usually prompt. The food is served quickly and is always tasty. It's also well priced with a nice atmosphere.

Had a brilliant time at Zizzi. The staff were amazing. It was my son's 2nd birthday and we met family there. The staff bought balloons for his birthday and were so very helpful. Would recommend

I went with my family last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday it was quite busy for 5-30 at night and we had a table upstairs. The ambience was very pleasing,staff were excellent not rushing us over orders very cheerful and chatty. Food was very good and plentiful and my wife who had a crab canalonni thoroughly enjoyed hers so much she ate it all which never happens normally. Would definitely recommend it to everyone

Great place to eat with amazing staff! Me and my partner came here to grab some food while we were on our honey moon in York and the staff were so great. Our waiter was amazing he was chatting to us all about our wedding, gave us a great recommendation on food and sorted us out with some drinks! Great start to our day.

We came here tonight and weren't disappointed. We were seated straight away (and we were sent away from 2 different restaurants prior who where full). The food arrived quickly and the contactless ordering worked great. The atmosphere was good and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the still lemonade and the salted caramel chocolate brownie 👍

Booked a table for lunch, Katie and the team where amazing, especially with our toddler. It's hard sometimes going for a meal with kids in York, but Zizzi was great and we'll definitely be back!
