Oh my gosh. My family and I were visiting UK, stopped at this little restaurant on a whim. It was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh and the most delicious Italian food any of us have ever had (and my husband is Italian). The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant itself was super cute. It was so great we went several hundred miles out of our way to stop here again on our way back from Scotland to Manchester! The absolute best!

Visited Little Italy York Oct 2019. Our party of 12 all enjoyed their chosen meals. Well cooked and presented. Delicious desserts too. All Staff efficient and helpful. A lovely ambience and will definitely return to this quaint restaurant. Just one minor detail was the tables to seat 12 had been put together in a long row. Which made it very difficult to converse with everyone. Would have so much better if the tables had been put together to form a square. Of which there was space to do it that way. Otherwise a perfect evening.

Lovely food, we both enjoyed our starters and main meals very much. Friendly helpful staff who were attentive to the customers, but not pushy. Very reasonably priced and a nice atmosphere even when you are seated at the tables down stairs.

Amazing family run authentic Italian restaurant. The menu is absolutely wonderful, it was difficult to chose as I loved the sound of everything! The staff are incredibly attentive and professional. There is a real buzzing atmosphere in the place too, we loved every minute. Good wine selection and home made desserts too. It is faultless! We will definitely book again should we travel the 5 hours from home to York again and will recommend to anyone visiting . You can tell that this family work so hard and they have it absolutely perfect! Hope to see you again soon Little Italy !

Excellent meal. Very tasty and reasonably priced given the quality. Small, intimate restaurant so quick and friendly service. Soft drinks were very expensive for the amount given. Downstairs deli is great and we were able to buy pastries from it as pudding to take home. We will return!

Gorgeous place in a cute old building in the historic centre of York. Lovely food and lovely staff. We bought some goodies from the shop downstairs as well. All very authentic Italian and reasonably priced. (Ooh, lovely wine too! Only two beers though.)
