Unfortunately not enough staff at times to provide information. Waited 20min to be informed they don't have a replacement charger for a Microsoft Surface device. On the other hand, great variety and availability of electronics and appliances in general. We bought our TV there and it was delivered in time. Unfortunately during installation a mistake was made. If I wouldn't have noticed, the TV would have fallen from the mount in short time - as it was installed the wrong way. Good shop if you know what you want and if you need to get it quickly.

I do not recommend, poor service. watch out for cash back offers. I bought a samsung galaxy watch, the price was £ 50 cash back. after purchasing the next day, I applied for a refund, but I was told that the offer ended a week earlier. I do not recommend . watch out for offers

If there was 0 star I would choose that. Service was slow. And when we chose the correct laptop we were told that it sadly isn't in stock. I'm sure they could have said that before. But no, they make you wait and then explain the laptop before telling you if it's in stock. Awful service

Great staff, very knowledgeable and kind. They explained all the technology and features helping us to make an informed decision. This time with a TV. Last year with a fridge. We wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Excellent service! Also used the voucher I bought almost 2 years ago. No issues, straightforward, was assured if I don't like the purchase could come and get a refund. Stars!

I love the staff at Curry's - so helpful and kind. Really love, 'Hera' who is in charge of Apple; as you can pop in after sales and ask her how to work the lap top etc. She's an Apple geek! And has pulled me into her universe, now I love Apple too!

They have nothing in stock there

Awful. Nightmare. Worst shop experience in years. I was there 1 hour. Asked 6 times for help, everyone was “busy” (most staff on phones or chatting together, no one wanted to lift a finger). Waited waited waited. All staff endlessly “busy” though shop had only 8 customers, was completely ignored as if asking for help was rude. I literally had 1 question: is it in stock! Couldn’t even pick up item I needed (no idea of product was in stock), so eventually walked out. The manager should be ashamed. I visited the shop for it’s good reviews… no idea how anyone could find this experience anything other than suicidally depressing and horrifically infuriating. No way in hell will I ever enter or recommend this company to anyone.

Very poor experience.

A much better experience then the Hayes branch. Staff at Hayes are not attentive nor are they approachable. Feels as if a customer is a hindrance to them. I appreciate it can get busy but simply acknowledging a customer can get you a long way never mind that didn't even get a greeting. Oh I did get a goodbye 😆 Now compare that to Brentford and its like being in a complete opposite to Hayes. Staff are polite, friendly and approachable. They literally want to help everyone that they come across even when busy. From entrance to exit the lovely people here made my day and I got a pretty cool TV aswell. Shame on you Hayes learn from these guys at Brentford!
